A Closer look at the Progress in Iraq!!!

General Petraeus has given the Democratic Congress his report on Iraq yesterday, the eve of 9/11. General Petraeus was accused by anti-war groups like moveon.org for giving a one-sided or flawed report. Are they right about General Petraeus? Maybe!

It's interesting to note, he didn't show these graphic of how Iraqis feel about "improvements" in Iraq:

* 65 to 70 percent of Iraqis say the escalation has "worsened rather than improved security."
* 78 percent say "things are going badly for the country overall," up 13 points since winter.
* 63 percent say it was wrong for the U.S. to have invaded Iraq, up from 52 percent in March and 39 percent in Feb. 2004.
* 47 percent now favor "immediate withdrawal of U.S. forces," a 12-point rise since March.

Justice MH: Are we really kicking ass President Bush? That cowboy attitude doesn't make Bush look intelligent, but an ass! Like many Democratic lawmakers asked: Is this worth it? Will this be worth it if we're there for the next five years? Is it worth the risk of more U.S troops that have families? I say, it's not worth it, and long over due for a troop withdrawl. The troops should declare victory, and pull out from this civil war! Enough is enough!

I'm Back!!! Updates Resumes Tomorrow AM!!!

Yes, I'm back from my short vacation. The "big easy" New Orleans was great to see, along with some family. The city still has long way to go, to be rebuild that is. These last five days have been busy, fun, depressing, and restful. At last, I'm back home in the ATL. If i had a laptop i would have updated a couple of days ago, but it's all good. So normal regular world political/gay/racial news updates resumes tomorrow bright early AM!

Happy Independence Day 2007!!!

Since President Bush recently made the decision to commute the sentence of I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby yesterday was the most outrageous act in our nation's history. President Bush just made a mockery out of our Justice System. No one should be above the law! Many Americans say Bush should resign or be impeach. I'll dig deep into that in another post. So "We the people" must focus on our nation's birthday, and our U.S Constitution will help on how to handle the President! Happy 4th of July!

A day off!!!

Well Justice MH decided to take this day, tuesday off. It was a restful day, but i needed it. To be honest, there really wasn't nothing really going on. So i just relax throughout the day, and took a nice nap. I needed it, and it was good to do it.

Happy Memorial Day!!!

Remember our troops who are sacrificing their lives for this country, and a war that's unjustified. The fact still remains that we have brave men and women willing to die for this country. There are families who have been through alot with their love ones in a civil war in Iraq. So let's not only remember our troop, but their families as well!

A little bit later, i will only post two posts for today. I want address something i was kindy silent on, and the other LGBT black bloggers talked about, but i was pretty silent. The next post will about something that's still floating around the internet. So stay tune, it may be a slow day today, but I'll have it up in early part of this evening. Enjoy your Memorial Day!
